Caps win back to back female midget titles after blanking Comets

The Northern Capitals beat the Greater Vancouver Comets 1-0 to win the best of 3 BC Female Midget AAA Hockey Provincial final 2-0.

The Caps will represent B.C. at the Pacific Regionals from April 1st to 3rd in Prince George for a shot at the Esso Cup later that month from the 17th to 23rd in Weyburn, Saskatchewan.

Several players from the Caps are from the Cariboo and Skeena-Bulkley Valley areas.

They include :

Kelsey Roberts (Kitimat)
Taylor Beck (Houston)
Myah Bowal (Terrace)
Hunter Mosher, Marissa Nichol, Casey Norris (all from Chetwynd)
Victoria Byer (Williams Lake)
Sydney Jordan (Quesnel)
Caily Mellot (100 Mile House)
Katie Young (Quesnel)
Tamara William (Williams Lake)
