Halloween is of fun for individuals of all ages, although sometimes basic safety can be forgotten in the excited shuffle.
RCMP Corporal Brian Lam says he would like to remind motorists to take extra care as there will be increased foot traffic.
Lam advises parents to take care to ensure their child’s costume is visible.
Lam says it also good practice for parents to check their child’s candy.
