Yesterday, the Man in Motion, himself, former Paralympian Rick Hansen was in 100 Mile House to check out the 99 Mile Accessible Trail.
Hansen says he is pleased with the emphasis placed on accessible trails and describes the evolution of facilities during his time as a disability activist.
The Cariboo Regional District unveiled the wheelchair accessible nature trail that stretches for almost two kilometers earlier this month.
