Real Estate Sales Off To A Strong Start In 2025 In The Cariboo

It was a good start to the year when it came to home and property sales in the Cariboo Region.

BC Northern Real Estate Board (BCNREB) reported in 100 Mile House and area a total of 66 properties of all types worth $27.9 million were sold.

In the first 3 months, 11 single-family homes, 20 parcels of vacant land and 14 homes on acreage changed hands.

In the Williams Lake area, 74 properties have sold so far this year worth $27 million.

In addition to the 25 single-family homes sold, BCNREB said 15 homes on acreage, 12 manufactured homes in parks, and 4 manufactured homes on land have changed hands in the first quarter.

In the Quesnel area, realtors reported 55 sales worth $17.2 million sold in the first 3 months of 2025.

In addition to the 25 single-family homes, 10 parcels of vacant land and 6 homes on acreage have sold.

As of March 31, BC Northern Real Estate Board noted in 100 Mile House and area there were 362 properties available for purchase, 179 listed in the Williams Lake area, and 195 properties of all types in the Quesnel area.
