The BC NDP and Greens have come to an agreement on how they will work together on shared priorities.

Final terms of the Cooperation and Responsible Government Accord (CARGA) was signed at the BC Legislature by the Deputy Premier, NDP Caucus chair, and the Leader and House Leader of the Green Caucus.

In a release from the NDP, this sets initiatives and deliverables for 2025 focused on health and mental health care, housing and homelessness, transit, climate and environment, social and economic justice, taxation, as well as democratic and electoral reform.

The final agreement also has an additional commitment to consultation on US tariff and trade actions related to these shared initiatives.
