Williams Lake Woman Robbed By Four Females

A frightening incident for a Williams Lake woman last (March 6) night.
Williams Lake RCMP Staff Sergeant Del Byron says a victim flagged some members down at around 6-30 after a robbery.
He says the victim says she was on her way to her sister’s house after purchasing groceries when she was approached by four females in the alley behind the Denny’s restaurant.
Byron says the females flashed Indian Outlaw gang signs and began to verbally assault the victim demanding that she give them everything she had.
A fight then ensued but Byron says the female victim claims that one of the assailants then produced a handgun and pointed it at her chest.
At that point, Byron says the victim ran away leaving her groceries behind.
The suspect with the gun is said to be wearing black pants with silver lettering and beads on them.
A 2nd suspect, armed with bear spray, had a black fox sweater on.
Anyone with information is asked to call the RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
