Changing of the guard coming for Tl’etinqox First Nation

   An election to replace longtime Chief Joe Alphonse will take place today (March 8) for the Tl’etinqox First Nation.
   He was Chief for 16 years.
   It is a crowded ballot with 15 people applying for his job.
   There are also 54 people running for one of 12 Councillor positions.
   Voting will take place in the local school gym until 8 o’clock tonight.
