Update: Missing South Cariboo Senior Found Safe

**Update 8:16 am February 27**

100 Mile House RCMP Sargeant Brian Lamb confirmed this morning that 72-year-old Minerva Odd who went missing yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon near the 100 Mile District General Hospital was found safe.

Lamb said she was located by South Cariboo Search and Rescue last night in the downtown area.

100 Mile RCMP is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing woman.

Police and Search and Rescue are looking for Minerva Odd.

Odd was last seen at around 12:30 p.m. this afternoon near the 100 Mile District General Hospital.

Odd is described as Caucasian, 72 years old, and was last seen wearing a red plaid jacket, black jogging pants, carrying a brown purse, and walking with a cane. She has shoulder-length grey hair.

Police are concerned for Odd’s well-being.

Anyone with information on Odd’s whereabouts, or who has seen her is asked to contact the 100 Mile RCMP.
