Quesnel Atom Selects Unbeatable Over The Weekend

Quesnel’s Atom Select hockey team won the Cariboo league playoffs in 100 Mile House over the weekend.
They defeated the host team two straight in the semi-final before doing the same to Williams Lake in the final.
Quesnel won the first game 10-6 over the Lake City.
Carter Hesselgrave had 7 goals to pace the offence.
He also scored the winner in overtime in a 3-2 win in the deciding game.
Hesselgrave’s linemates Jake Phillips-Watts and Matthew Farmer also filled the scoresheet.
At the other end of the ice, goaltender Ryder Jensen was a standout along with defenceman Justin Pugh.
Quesnel’s final tournament of the year will be in Osoyoos the weekend of March 10th.
