Emergency officials respond to single vehicle accident in Quesnel

A vehicle left the road and went down an embankment in Quesnel this (Friday) morning.

RCMP confirm that they were called to a single vehicle accident at the bottom of Dragon Lake Hill at around 7-30 a.m.

Police say the vehicle slid off the road in icy conditions.

There were two people in the vehicle and fortunately neither were hurt.

BC Ambulance and the Quesnel Volunteer Fire Department also responded.
