Nazko residents go to the polls today

Nazko First Nation is holding an election today. (Friday)

Leah Stump has been acclaimed as Chief for another two year term, which will be her third.

Four people are running for two Councillor positions.

The names of Deloris Alec, Anthony Perry, Rachael Chantyman, and Evan Clemente will be on the ballot.

Voting is taking place at the Seniors Centre in town and at the Health Centre on the reserve.

The polls are open until 9 o’clock tonight.
