From values that would not be compromised to housing affordability and debt, one thing that all Councillor Candidates promised was honesty at last night’s Councillor forum.
Angela Sommer, acting President of the Chamber of Commerce, says despite the low turnout of fewer than 150 individuals, she was happy with the event.
“I would have liked to have seen 300, but it was good. It was good to have seen people coming out.”
A mock ballot was offered after the event, which the Chamber says the results will not be released until after voting day on Nov. 15.
