The Cariboo Regional District Emergency Operations Centre has lifted the Evacuation Alert for the Chilcotin River Landslide Area.
The CRD says an Evacuation Alert or Order may need to be reissued if it is deemed necessary.
You’re asked to stay out of affected areas, obey all warning and hazard signs, and be aware that landslide and river assessment is continuous and ongoing in the area.
The Cariboo Regional Districts asks the public to avoid interfering with any monitoring activity and to stay aware of the potential for additional slides or flooding.
